The Plank Position and the bad bad balancing act...

So, one of the best exercises for my back is doing yoga and using my yoga ball to make a plank. This is not a perfect pose because my ball needs a little air, but you get the idea of keeping your back relatively straight by sucking in your stomach.

I was trying to stay balanced while giggling and trying not to fall off. Excuse the booty shot! :-)


So thanks for putting up with my laziness today and I will be posting more tomorrow if I feel better!!! I think I'm going to do a skin care vid on how I do my skin since it's problematic right now.
