I picked up a kitty from the animal shelter yesterday because Muffin had been restless at night and looking for Tigger and yowling. Intro not so good. :-(
The new kitty, Mitzi is a total sweetheart but is so afraid of things right now that she started vomiting this morning. She seems okay now, but I have to keep them separated even though the haven't attacked each other except for hissing contests.
I wish cats could be like dogs and sniff butts and get over it. It is so difficult to keep them completely separate because of my apartment layout, and I don't know how to get through this evening since keeping them separated means keeping Mitzi in my room and I can't shut the door at all times because they both need box access. I guess I should have researched this better. Tigger was so laid back it wasn't as much a problem. Catnip?

ReplyDeleteThey're getting along a bit better. She hasn't sress barfed since the morning I posted and they aren't fighting as much... much less potty mouth they never got downright physical. I think Mitzi has ptsd because of her problems with her previous situations but she is kind of hard to get a read on since I haven't completely gotten used to her behaviors. She is quite different than Tigger. I miss being on youtube alot....
DeleteI probably will start making videos again soon, but I don't know about filming anything than slideshows my life went from zero to crazy this past month between Tigger getting sick and dying and some other stuff that's been going on. I'll send you a facebook message if you want.... I generally don't get really specific on my blog since it's public domain and fill you in.
Forgot to add a few words... meant to say may not film live video for a while, it might still be slides. I'm pretty worn out today.
